Founder, Principal Consultant
Starting my career in Operations Management in the hospitality industry, I found Human Resources by accident. This "accident" led to a successful and rewarding 25+ year career journey in Human Resources Management and Business Leadership, spending 15 of those years in corporate Executive HR Leadership roles.

My corporate experience includes various fast-paced, high-execution organizations, from start-ups to mid-sized private and large public companies, more recently serving as Chief People Officer for a late-stage technology start-up, in a high-growth, acquisition stage. I have extensive experience in industries such as hospitality, commercial real estate & property management, investment management and technology. Now I am bringing my passion, experience and expertise to clients through my consulting practice. For the past 7 years, I have been driven by introducing my style of practical & straightforward results driven guidance, accountable leadership, and strategic alignment to clients, making fractional leadership, consulting & coaching accessible to clients of all sizes and needs.

In my Leadership and Career Coaching I embrace the Journey. Each of us has our own intertwined journey through careers, family and life in general. I'm passionate about embracing life's journey, learning lessons along the way and reflecting on that journey. You can't compare your beginning to someone else's middle or end - learn to embrace the uniqueness of your own professional journey and use it to fuel your growth and success.
