Starting my career in Operations Management in the hospitality industry, I found Human Resources by accident. This "accident" led to a successful and rewarding 17+ year career journey in Human Resources Management and Business Leadership with over 20 years of combined leadership experience.
After spending most of those 17 years in fast-paced, mid-sized private to large public companies, most recently serving as a Chief Human Resources Officer, I have joined the gig economy. Now I am bringing my passion, experience and expertise to clients through my consulting practice. I am driven by introducing my style of practical guidance and accountable leadership to clients, making consulting & coaching accessible to clients of all sizes and needs.
I focus on assisting clients with their human resources needs including policy & strategy development and implementation, leadership coaching, team development, succession planning, total rewards, talent management, technology assessment, process improvement and interim management.
I assist individuals, including recent college grads, in assessing their career moves, creating their professional brand and coaching them through professional growth and career transition.
