Service Description

These Career Coaching Sessions can be booked after your initial session. In these sessions we will use a tool called Predictive Index to conduct a behavioral assessment. From this tool we will discuss your behavioral tendencies as an employee and as a manager (if applicable). We will develop an actionable plan to help you achieve your career goals and develop skills necessary for emotional intelligence in the workplace. If you purchase these sessions, you are purchasing 5, one-hour sessions. The fee does not include potential travel costs for in-person sessions.
